Network Marketing Masterminding

A lot of people in Network Marketing try to find the best way to build their organizations, and a lot of questions arise:

Should I build online?

Should I build offline?

Is there a “system” that can help me out?

how can I get leads?

Should I do cold calling?

Let me tell you that I had the same questions, what I find in Network marketing is that the most important factors to be successful in network marketing are:

1. Patience
2. Stay Motivated
3. Duplication

How to accomplish that in Network Marketing?

In one of my company training (Numis Network) they said something that got stuck in my head, they said “It’s not what you do but what you duplicate”, and as I’ve been very busy and investing most of my time in studying online techniques and being successful with recruiting 21 people from social media sites, I found that I really needed to focus more in those 3 factors: patience, motivation and duplication, and I came to the conclusion that the best way to do it is to start a local mastermind group, a group that will be accountable for each other, keep in mind that Network Marketing is a group effort, by gathering and mastermind ideas you will find the patience necessary, you will stay motivated by spending time with positive people and the duplication will be inevitable, I will keep on prospecting online but I will also start my local mastermind group because I believe is the best way to build duplication, to get that support and provide that support.

Ideas on how to build locally in your network marketing efforts

I am lucky to be part of an amazing company where we all share ideas and support each other, but if you feel that you are lost in the dust, with no ideas and feeling like you are not progressing, a good advice from me to you would be, find out who in your city is in the same company, and then build together locally! by going to networking events, events in your niche, or sales events, any event is good to get to know people! Do you think you are the only person that has  been affected by the economy and want to change your life? the only person that is positive and a go getter? WRONG! there’s a lot out there like you and me! our job is to find those motivated positive people! they are out there believe me!
