Are Sales Leads good for Network Marketing?

Although we know sales got little to do with Network marketing, yes we market a product but still a lot of people think that if they join a Network marketing opportunity they often think “I am not good in sales”.

WRONG! we are not sales leads we are business owners that build relationships so we can decide if a future partner would be a good match with us so we can work together in building an organization.

So when you target or filter your prospecting and ask yourself if you should recruit sales leads, the answer is SURE! they got the connections, the mindset, the positive attitude, they don’t get discourage for rejection, and all that is GREAT!

On the other hand they tend to talk a lot trying to “convince” and we ladies and gentlemen are not here to convince anybody we should be MASTER INVITEES, that is right we have to talk little to a lot of people.

We have 10 % of retention, meaning out of 100 people we invite to see our opportunity 1o will join.

Do sales leads require special training then?

No, they require special un-training, just make them clear the new rules of the game, and if they disagree it’s probably because they are not teachable and want to do things their way and try to re-invent the wheel, when it’s so critical to understand that we all will succeed if we just do what works and save the energy for that instead of wasting our time doing extra unnecessary things.

Personally, I am so fortunate to have partners with top sales background and it is a pleasure to work with such goal oriented people, because once they get familiar with all this “MLM thing” they will become the most effective, producers ever! So when it comes to recruiting sales leads do not hesitate!
