010/10/50008StarbuilderBook.png” alt=”" width=”200″ height=”154″ />As I was reading the NEW Numis Network Training Manual, I saw that it says that we should train our team members and help them to get their first 2 members in their 1st week.
Sometimes we get too focus in recruiting our own personal partners that, we forget to do so.
As I told you before, I will start sharing with you the tools and techniques that I use and have worked for me.
MINDSET: The power of your mind is very powerful, if you think you can you can, if you don’t believe it you can’t, wishing is not the same, you have to repeat over and over “I can recruit people easily, I am a magnet to the best marketers that want to work with me because I have shown that I am a leader capable to contribute to their success”
ATITTUDE: In this business you HAVE TO have the right attitude, and if you don’t have it, it’s probably because you haven’t get familiar with the business, to do so you have to :
• get familiar with your back office,
• review your website(s),
• the compensation plan,
• join the training webinars on Tuesdays at 8:00 CST (link in your back office)
• Put your prospects in the weekly webinar on Tuesdays at 7:00 pm CST (link in your back office)
• Make your new associates join on Wednesdays the welcome and orientation webinars (link in your back office)
Once you do all this we will have the right attitude that knowledge provides, also speak loud not too loud but if you have a weak voice it would give the impression you are a weak leader and nobody wants to join you, just ask yourself if you would join yourself, and be honest!
PHONE CALLS: I don’t do cold calling, I usually call the people once they have shown some kind of interest in the business, the way I usually follow the same script “Hello this is Dalia I am with numis, we distribute gold and silver and make money on the process, the product speaks for itself..if this makes sense to you, you should join I would like to have a partner like you”, show confidence, then hung up and follow up a few days later, make sure you write down all the names of the people you have talked to..
DON’T TALK TOO MUCH ABOUT THE BUSINESS!
Refer them to the business presentation websites: english site and spanish site

I can not believe how fast this year 2010 passed, I have to admit that it was a very challenging year for me, I learned so much! and I’m so grateful for every challenge that I had, and all the people that I met, and of course the opportunity of finding the Network Marketing opportunity that I was looking for (NUMIS!) yeah!
One of the most important things that we have to take in consideration when we are involved in Network Marketing besides to help and teach other people is to be grateful, we have to be grateful with life for all the blessings each and every day, I am grateful even for the rejection from people, because I have learned that people reject my business NOT ME, based in their own disbelief in themselves to be successful in my business.
Same rejection that had made me more stronger and stronger every day, because when people say NO to you, you realize that no is not mortal and you keep breathing!
We have to be grateful with our families and friends, that put up with us when they see our excitement and they don’t try to kill our dreams!
Grateful with my wonderful partner in business!! Aristides Rivas, Kevin Stroud, Alton McDonald, David Herman, Vincent Webb, Michael Cain, Pastor Young, just to mention some!!!
We have to be grateful that we are involved in the MOST perfect business! The business of the 21st Century!!
Now as this year is ending take it as an opportunity to set up GOALS! for you and your teams, me personally I have a list already that will put in practice!

Don’t take it! Let me tell you, if you are following my advices you will suddenly notice that you will be target of infinite inquires “about YOUR business”, this is a good sign ! this means that you are doing something good! you are positioning yourself as a leader! Congratulations! BUT!
** WARNING **WARNING**
I’d like to warn you, some of those are just a hook for you to look at THEIR business, don’t play that game! this is a marketing tip that most people don’t give importance to.
Our time is so valuable that you need to learn how to identify this type of behavior, we can’t spend our time and energy on somebody with hidden intentions, so please don’t waste your time, just ask them upfront if they are interested in your opportunity or if they want you to join your business, remember that we are looking for just a YES or a NO, not a “let me think about it more” , “l will let you know”, etc, etc. specially if it’s the 3rd follow-up contact,¬† there’s so many excuses, so just get that marketing tip from me: Don’t waste your time, this is a low tactic that some unethical network marketers use, I don’t want you to fall in that tramp, I don’t want you to let your emotions oversee the real deal here.
LIAR NETWORK MARKETING TIP DETECTOR:Wouldn’t be great to have some type of filter in our e-mail inboxes? to flag the sincere inquires vs the evil ones? or a device on the phone, but we have to really pay attention to people’s questions and statements, even if they tell you they are interested and then they want to meet you at a hotel meeting room where coincidentally he will be having a meeting with his partners! lol
I hope this Network marketing tip helps you, specially if you are new in this industry, you don’t want to be the victim of other network marketers out there that are trying to build their organization the wrong way, so be ethical don’t do the same and we will be good friends forever!

Going through my business cards that I gathered on recent events that I’ve attended, I found one of my colleagues business card, she lives in California and she is in the same company that I am with, but I remembered her being very personal with me, also remembered she asked for an advice since she recently joined the business, so I gave her a call, (I noticed she was surprised that I called), then I asked her how things are going for her and her business, she told me she hasn’t done much lately because she is so busy with work and she really doesn’t has time to socialize, so I started giving her all kind of advices to get leads, at the end of our conversation she was all pumped up, ready to put in practice what I told her I was doing. She is not in my downline but it made me feel good that I was able to transmit my excitement and enthusiasm with a fellow colleague!
Sometimes it takes a little bit of effort from us to call our downline and see how they are doing, schedule some of your time to provide at least 2 hours of coaching and 3 way calls. Remember those people trusted you, you can not let them down just like that, we are not recruiters we are sponsors, meaning we have a commitment.
Sometimes we get caught up with calling just our prospects and at times not even, but you do have to have a close relationship with them, see some of the people that approach me about my business and during the prospecting process they decide to join based on my treatment, they can feel my commitment and they don’t think twice, sometimes I receive comments like: “I need more people like you in my life”.
So let’s do those little things that will pay off BIG time on the long run, show concern for your partners! reassure your commitment and provide fresh new ideas that have worked for you. To be successful in Network Marketing it takes a team work!

Social media marketing is the most powerful and fun way to build your MLM business. Chances are that if you are in this Industry is because you are a people person, you have a Leadership character and you got what it takes for people to listen to you, not to mention a burning desire to change your life, empower others and help them accomplish their dreams as you will be on your way to accomplish yours.
My advice is that you spend time every day building up your Twitter and Facebook networks and that you learn online video marketing as well, if you want to automatize your business and attract leaders massively you need to learn how social media works.
If the people you get to know trust you eventually they will want to join you in business… build relationships and you will be rewarded one way or another!
In today’s Internet Marketing world is not enough to learn how SEO (Search Engine Optimization) works but we find the need to learn a new concept: SMO (Social Media Optimization).
If you are trying to build a thriving MLM business, I can’t emphasize enough the importance of getting on these sites to promote your business. If you’re still relying on traditional tactics like prospecting your friends and family, you’ll only have limited success, and probably a good deal of frustration and stress to show for it.
I also would recommend you a good Social Media Marketing System, that is CRITICAL for success! a good Social Media SYSTEM that will ease your prospecting efforts, will teach you how to master all the amazing tools that we Network Marketers can use. An automated system that will take control the people that visit your website instead of you visit their homes.
